El Extrasolar Digital Creation Contest 2023, organized by Fundación Antenna and the Giant Magellan Telescope, is an example of how to connect disciplines such as science with a wider audience through art. In collaboration with strategic partners such as the Santiago Metro, MIM and Canal NTV, the project invited artists and digital creators from Chile to imagine the universe beyond the solar system. This initiative sought to connect science, art and astronomy, linking the public to the construction of the Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT) and its scientific mission.
